Brand identity concept for a new property development firm based in Chicago, specialised in converting ageing industrial buildings into stylish, luxurious loft condominiums.
A corporate brochure was also developed. White space was a key element, mirroring lofts wide open environments.
The duotone colour palette takes inspiration from the exposed brick characteristic of these buildings.
The design reflects a feeling of security and sophistication, appealing to both investors, as well as the trendy potential resident. All, without losing the visual link to the original industrial architecture of the buildings.
